Does anyone have the old 21stC Mad Bomber figure? MIB or not as long as it's still complete. I'm willing to buy.

Can't find a pic of the item anymore. The figure wears an orange overall and a plastic face mask. Accessories include an attache case with c-4 explosives and a timing device, a red tool box, dynamites strapped to its body and a news paper. Well, I've actually given up on my search for this figure. Thanks.
